I’m a design researcher.

I help organisations work better for the people they serve.

I’m currently a Senior Design Researcher at STBY. Where I run international research projects for STBY and the REACH Network. And I lead on learning and development.

Before that I was a Senior User Research at the Government Digital Service (GDS). I did research with people to help teams deliver better services, like digital identity and GOV.UK Pay. I also managed and mentored other researchers and helped to run the user research community at GDS. Including providing training and improving recruitment and access to design and research roles. And I helped lots of services across government do a better job of meeting the service standard.

I previously set up user-centred design at Zopa. And lead the research and design of a number of new products.

I also have an MA Distinction in Interaction Design and Research from Goldsmiths University.

Here I am on Twitter and LinkedIn.
